When our beautiful friend Olivia invited us to be part of her wedding at the iconic Hedsor House, we knew it would be a day full of joy, personality, and beautiful details. As a creative herself, Olivia had a clear sense of style and a deep appreciation for the power of thoughtful design — and it was a joy to work with her on the bespoke stationery and visual elements that would bring their day to life.

Bespoke Stationery Details

From the very beginning, Olivia’s love of graphic design and hand calligraphy set the tone. The couple’s invitation suite featured handwritten envelopes and carefully considered typography, giving guests a beautifully tactile first impression of the celebration to come.

On the day itself, our in-house production team brought this design language through every touchpoint — from place settings to menus to cocktail signage — ensuring consistency, elegance, and personality in every detail.

One of the highlights was the custom menu and cocktail signage designed for their lively evening reception. With a menu that reflected the couple’s favourite dishes and a playful nod to their signature drinks, these pieces became more than just practical details — they were part of the guest experience.

All stationery and signage were produced in-house, allowing for complete creative control and seamless coordination across each space and setting. From concept to creation, our team ensured that every visual element aligned with the overall design vision.
